  • Leslie Lynch from Biomimetics will give a talk titled: " Life Science Job Opportunities for New Graduates " on September 26 from 4pm - 5pm. She has also graciously agreed to give a short tour of the facilities at Biomimetics. Following this session is a reception from 5pm - 7pm which will be another great opportunity to network.

1st Annual TBA student chapter Mixer, September 13, Blackstone Brewery, 4:30 - 6:30pm

  • In an effort to make sharing  your experiences easy and hopefully enjoyable, we would like to invite you to a mixer at Blackstone Brewery. We will have light hors de oeuvres with a cash bar. Building our home state into a viable biotech contender is going to take all of us working together. You've already established your credentials. We offer a state of the art advanced education. We think there is a definitely possiblilty of working miracles together. Please make your presence felt and join us on September 13th at Blackstone. Speakers include Joe Rolwing of the Tennessee Biotechnology Association, Dan Ryan of the Human Capital Group, John Moffett of Biosystems Consulting, and Janis Elsner of the Office of Technology Transfer at Vanderbilt University.
